SRTM based topographic maps of Europe covering the area from 35°N, 11°W to 60°N, 50°E are available on DVD. The transparent set of maps consists of 20m contour lines derived from SRTM-satellite data and is compatible to nearly all other vector map products employing the img-format.
The each data set comes on a DVD+R including a compilation of img-files and the tdb-file.
All data are referenced to the WGS84 in latitude and longitude, the heights are referenced to the Earth Gravity Model 96 (EGM96), which is the most common global gravity model.
The cost of one GPSMaps single user license amounts to 120.- Euros plus shipping.
